RFPeasy® Subprocessors

RFPeasy (Gov Access Solutions, LLC) uses the third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") and data sources listed below to provide the Service. This list supplements Section 13 of our Terms of Service and Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
Infrastructure and Platform Subprocessors
- Anthropic, PBC: generative-AI model provider (Claude API);
- Supabase, Inc.: database, authentication, and object storage;
- Vercel, Inc.: application hosting and content delivery;
- Stripe, Inc.: payment processing;
- Resend, Inc.: transactional email delivery;
- Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): error monitoring;
- PostHog Inc.: product analytics.
Government and Commercial Data Sources
The Service reads from the following data sources by search parameters; it does not transmit your Customer Content to them:
- U.S. federal, state, and local government data sources, including SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, GSA CALC+, GovInfo, and state and local government procurement portals;
- GovCon API: a licensed commercial provider of government-contracting data.
Optional, User-Initiated Integrations
The following are used only if you choose to connect or configure them (see Section 14 of the Terms of Service and Section 15 of the Privacy Policy):
- Google (Drive and Calendar), Slack, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and Apollo, and any outbound webhook or automation endpoint you configure.
Changes to This List
We may add or change Subprocessors from time to time and will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep this list current. Customers on the Team, Consultancy, or Custom plans may be entitled to additional notice rights as provided in a Data Processing Addendum.
